  25. Try checking out the TUCOWS website at <http://www.tucows.com>.
  26. They've organized a bunch of freeware and shareware internet 
  27. software.  I'm trying Connection Monitor V2.8.6 to keep track of my 
  28. time online an logins.  It's a pretty good program. It doesn't 
  29. figure out phone charges but I know there's some there that do.
